Birthday FREEBIE!! ~ How Could I Forget by N.D. Jackson (Small town, second chance, summer romance)

It’s my birthday month!!! That’s right, even at the ripe young age of 11th 35, I celebrate my birthday all month long, usually in small ways that matter to me and those who love me, but still.

This year, readers get to celebrate with me!

Backstory: I am a HUGE fan of Dawson’s Creek. It’s my jam and I still do rewatches regularly-ish. And since the actor who played the titular character, Dawson, is no longer with us, I’ve decided that every Wednesday this month I will offer one of my books for free.

Why Wednesday? Easy, that’s when Dawson aired during it’s original run so it only made sense.

First up this month is How Could I Forget.

About:

💋🔥❣️Small Town Summer Love💋🔥❣️

I gave him what everybody expected from the campus party girl: one night.
I got something just as stereotypical a few months later: two pink lines.

I did what I had to do. Got my life together in the best way I knew how for my babies.
That meant moving to a small town, settling there and creating the village I would need.
My life was quiet and it was steady.
Predictable, even.
Then summer arrived, bringing long hot days.
And the man with the violet eyes I thought I’d never see again.
Suddenly he was everywhere, which wasn’t hard in a small town.
He was no longer the adorable geek I remembered.
Oh no, that would be too easy.
Instead, he was tall, dark and gorgeous.
Confident. Sexy. A commanding presence.
They say summer is a time for second chances, but I knew better.
More time together gave his genius brain more chances to do the math.
To recognize the violet eyes staring back at him.
To turn my carefully constructed, small town life upside down.

A small-town, second chance love story about secrets, chosen family, and the cost of rewriting the past.
