In Boyfriend Maintenance, we meet Jake the maintenance man. Jake has a rule, more like a solemn vow to never date the tenants of 425 Madison Ave. It’s a good rule of thumb for pretty much anyone but we learn pretty early on that Jake is a bit biased and he has a huge blindspot for the people in his building.
