ABOUT:
Has Mr. Insatiable finally met his match?
Kit Fawkes is Enya’s most favorite person in the whole world. She’s known him forever, and as her brother’s best mate and business partner, she would trust him with her life.
But ever since his ex told Enya that he was ‘insatiable’ in the bedroom, she’s harbored a secret curiosity for what that means. And on the night of her brother’s wedding, when she admits to Kit that she has a problem in the bedroom, she finally gets the chance to find out. Kit’s determination to prove to her that she’s not ‘broken’ leads to a lovemaking session that leaves them both wanting more. So Enya suggests an arrangement—a brief fling while they’re on a trip away in China.
What she doesn’t know is that Kit’s already half in love with her, and there’s no way he will turn down an opportunity to get her into bed again. “If I agree to this, it won’t be as your friend,” he tells her. “I’m not going to hold back. I’ll want you every which way, as often as I can manage it. I’ll want to show you everything I know, and explore a few more things together, if we have time. Do you think you can cope with that?”
Does he know that’s what she wants? So badly, it’s making her burn? But what will happen in the cold light of day, when Kit learns the whole truth about her past?

I really enjoyed Mr. Insatiable. Kit and Enya were amazing, from their lifelong friendship, the secret crushes and oh my god the hotness!
I always enjoy Serenity Woods’ books and this one was no different. What I really enjoyed was that Enya wasn’t just some happy-go-lucky girl bouncing around and flitting about life, she had substance to her. A horrible event in her past that would have a huge impact on her future, but Enya didn’t let it get to her. Much. I mean she has some issues related to it, but so many that it prevented her from living. She dealt with it the best way she could, and I appreciated that.
Kit was…everything. He was fun and funny, sweet and he knew exactly what Enya needed and did his best to give it to her. He was the quintessential book boyfriend and absolutely insatiable! Don’t get me wrong, he’s a guy, so of course he screws up at some point, but he deals with it head on and by head on I mean he drowned his sorrows in booze (fine by me) and then he got off his butt and went after his woman.
There was no real villain and if I’m honest, no real angst in Mr. Insatiable, and that just made the story even better as far as I was concerned. The only part that had me clenching my teeth was Kit’s dad. Yeah of course he’s looking out for his son, but kit is a GROWN MAN, and really it wasn’t his business. With a group as close as this group is, these things are bound to happen but I thought he was totally out of bounds and dead wrong.
Other than John, I truly loved the story and it reminded me why Serenity Woods is a one-click author.

A competitive figure skater from the age of eight, Stacy Gail wrote stories between events to pass the time. By fourteen, she told her parents she was either going to be a skating coach who was also a romance writer, or a romance writer who was also a skating pro. Now with a day job of playing on the ice with her students, and writing everything from PNR and cyberpunk to contemporary romance at night, both dreams have come true.

I thought I was helping a friend, but instead I only managed to get myself in a heap of trouble which left me with two options. Coach little league as part of community service…or face jail time.
Alison has been writing for over a year now. Her debut book Finding Love (October 2015) was published by Siren Publishing. Her following books Needing Your Love (November 2015), Found My Love (December 2015), and Fighting for Love (January 2016) were also published with Siren to finish the Learning to Love series.
Her desire to see her books on shelves led to her next work Chasing Dreams (April 2015), now Club Thrive 1: Compulsion. She submitted it for publication with Limitless Publishing and was thrilled that it was quickly accepted. Excited to reach that goal, she moved on to the next series she had in mind and wrote Saved By a Soldier (June 2016), My Broken Soldier (July 2016), Forever My Soldier (August 2016), and A Soldier for Bella (September 2016). She continued writing adding the Once Broken series and she’s added to the Club Thrive series.
Alison enjoyed reading as a child and found her passion for it again in 2011 when E.L. James’ Fifty Shades of Grey was released. Her love of reading was re-ignited and she continued reading other books in the same genre. In the summer of 2015, she decided to give writing a try and two weeks later Finding Love was born. As soon as she finished the first book, she began writing the second book in the series. Her third book was finished by the time Finding Love had been accepted for publication. Alison discovered she has a passion for writing and has spent the last year meeting new readers and sharing the love she has for writing.
Married to her own real life hero, Alison lives with her amazing family in Massachusetts where she was born and raised. She loves having her own personal inspiration right at home and when she’s not writing she enjoys playing soccer, basketball, and football with her son.

PROLOGUEThe moon hit that perfect point in the sky where its light trickled down and flooded the balcony, shining a beam of light into the bedroom. I peeled myself out from under Derrick’s arms, feeling the same drop in my stomach I felt every time he wasn’t touching me. I was a woman obsessed. I was also terrified of being separated from him again.
When he held me, I didn’t have nightmares. When his hands caressed me, the panic attacks ceased. With Derrick, I was able to forget what happened. I ached with the guilt of not telling him any parts of the ordeal. I knew it was killing him.
But I loved the way he looked at me now, like I was the key to his entire world. If I told him what Jason did to me, the things I’d done during the course of being held prisoner, that look would go away.
I couldn’t risk that.
I stepped onto the balcony, bathing in the moonlight. It was warm and there was a gentle breeze moving the clouds around. We moved to a new wing of the house and it was quieter here. The pool and pool house were right underneath us and I’d been dying to get back into it. Now that my ankle was fully healed, it seemed like a good idea.
There was no point in getting changed. No one ever swam in the pool anymore. I tiptoed down the stairs and padded across the grass to the stone slabs surrounding the sapphire tinted water. I let my nightgown fall off my shoulders and stepped gently down the stairs, wading out to waist level.
Spreading my arms out, I tilted my chin up, gazing at the stars as I fell back into the warm water. The temperature was perfect. I floated on my back, loving the weightless feeling it offered me.
God, how I needed to feel weightless. I didn’t allow myself to feel that way since coming home. There was too much blood on my hands, too many unanswered questions, too much left unsaid for me to spread that around for others to carry.
No, I would shoulder the weight of everything. It had to be this way.
I dove beneath the water, swimming a few laps before floating on my back. It helped soothe my grieving soul. My eyes burned from opening them underneath the water, so I stood in the shallow end rubbing them. Footsteps sounded on the stone behind.
Glancing over my naked shoulder, black boots stood at the edge of the pool near the deeper end. A smile tugged on my lips, assuming it was Derrick coming to join me. But I realized the body was different.
I began to tremble, my smile fading from my face.I recognized the all black outfit, complete with black gloves.
I opened my mouth to scream, but the man held a finger up to his lips, silencing me. Tears blurred my vision. I blinked at them, sending them splashing into the water surrounding me.
He found me.
He came back for me.
I wasn’t going to survive this time.
“Alina?” a voice called out.
Derrick walked out onto the balcony. He hadn’t come to the edge yet, so he couldn’t see me down in the pool. I swallowed, unable to form words from the sheer terror of what would happen next.
When I glanced back down, he was gone.
That was my warning.
He was never going to let me escape anyway.
He was coming back for what he owned.

K.S. Marshall is West Coast girl with a heart for Texas, who found herself calling Pittsburgh, PA her home. Having grown up with an avid romance reader for mother, the pull toward the genre was automatic. She enjoys writing complex stories with dark elements that keep her readers on the edge of their seats. Life and love are both complicated and messy and, true to reality, her characters are authentically flawed.
