Romance Book Review ~ Let Love In by Marie Soleil

Let Love In is an enemies-to-lovers, sweet romantic comedy that keeps the romance closed-door. It’s book three in The Canyon Cove Love Stories but can be read as a standalone.

I really enjoyed this enemies to lovers romance. Thea is a no-nonsense girl who is done with charming rich men like Ethan flipping Taylor, it’s just too bad that Ethan has his sights set on the budding fashion designer.

One ill-fated attempt to capture her attention and he’s forever branded just like all the rest. A beautiful yes, but also charming—yes—and unfortunately very egotistical rich playboy. Thea is not interested.

Nope, not at all.

But then Ethan makes a proposition she just can’t turn down, even if it means spending an entire week with Ethan flipping Taylor.

This was a fun story. The banter and sarcasm between them was so much fun as was the glimpses into Ethan’s heart and the man he was underneath the persona and the bluster and the charm. He was a caring man who did sweet things like feed pigeons with his grandmother in the park. Swoon! The more they learn about each other, the more their feelings changed but felt organic and I appreciated that.

I’m not sure I’ve ever read anything by Marie Soleil but Let Love In was a great introduction to a new-to-me author.

I absolutely LOVED Loch & Tilly together and I kind of loved them on their own as well. He’s a grumpy AF billionaire who has no use for love and Tilly is all about the love, so much so that she wants her own wedding planning business and stumbles into a genius side hustle as a Bridesmaid wrangler!

The moment they meet, sparks fly. They are both a different, more relaxed and confident version of themselves which was all kinds of awesome. Even though they had an end date, everything about their time together was fun and sexy.

Loch brings out the sexy and sassy version of Tilly who often lets herself fade into the background, making others comfortable and happy first and foremost. And she well, let’s just say you’ll love the baby trackies part of the story!

Let’s not forget the supporting cast because they were colorful and awesome and only served to enhance the fun time I had reading Without A Hitch. Such a wonderfully fun romantic comedy with an incredibly satisfying ending.
